Be a role model to them
Provide mentorship
Use many positive male role models as well as have a male expectation and responsibility discussion during various topics. Also I often explain why as a male through science and research why some situations are designed the way they are. I also always try to motivate them give them positive feedback dispite all the negativity regarding men that they hear in society everyday.

Reinforce their self worth at every opportunity i.e. ‘Big them up”

using boys/male related situations and experiences to bring across a concept
